BINTA FASHION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms, conditions, and policies are binding on any individual or entity that has agreed to do business with BINTA FASHION.

PAYMENT POLICY

The accepted forms of payment at BINTA include:

  • Cash payments
  • POS
  • Bank Transfer
  • International Cards
  • Online payment portals such as Stripe and PayPal for online purchases on our e-commerce site.

Note: Clients are expected to have paid in full before orders are put into production. This policy must be strictly adhered to unless management grants a written waiver.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY SCHEME POLICY

BINTA runs a loyalty scheme to reward clients according to their yearly spend. Each customer is placed in a category determined by their annual spend at BINTA FASHION.

The following benefits may be offered at management’s discretion:

  • Discount Category on Orders: Members are entitled to discounts as determined by management.
  • Complimentary Requested Delivery: Within Poland only, in line with BINTA’s delivery lead times.
  • Discount on Consultations: Half price on all consultations for qualifying members only (non-transferable).
  • Invitations to Private Showcases: VIP invitations to all events hosted by BINTA.
  • Personalised In-Store Service by Assigned Relationship Manager: A dedicated contact to handle all orders and additional services.

GARMENT RENTAL POLICY

Garment rentals at BINTA FASHION are approved on a case-by-case basis by the Head of Sales/Marketing.

Rental guidelines:

  • Only sample garments are rented unless otherwise approved.
  • Both parties must sign a Garment Rental Agreement before release.
  • A refundable deposit is required before pickup.
  • All garments must be returned clean and free of stains or odour (approved dry cleaners list will be provided).
  • No alterations are allowed; garments must be returned in original condition.
  • Damage or permanent stains will incur charges deducted from the deposit.
  • Major damage will be charged at replacement value.
  • Late returns will incur fees; changes to return date must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Nationwide Shipping (Poland)

  • Requested Delivery: 30% markup on DHL rate; delivery in 2–3 working days (may vary during holidays).
  • Compulsory Delivery: In the event of company error, delivery is free and as soon as possible.

International Shipping

  • Requested Delivery: 40% markup on DHL rate; delivery timeline = DHL’s maximum estimate for your country + 3 days.
  • Compulsory Delivery: In the event of company error, delivery is free and sent as soon as possible.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Bespoke Orders: 4 weeks after payment from consultation has been received.
  • Curated Products & Picks: 7 days after payment has been received.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

As a bespoke brand, BINTA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.

ALTERATION POLICY

Requested Alterations

  • Becomes a ‘requested alteration’ after 2 weeks of purchase.
  • Standard Alterations: €40 / 180 PLN per hour, lead time 14 working days per item.*
  • Express Alterations: €60 / 270 PLN per hour, lead time 7 working days per item.*
  • Charges apply per item.

*Lead times subject to workshop capacity.

Compulsory Alterations

  • Due to company error or fault; free of charge.
  • Customer must inform the sales team within 2 weeks of purchase.

DISCOUNT POLICY

All customer discounts are guided by BINTA FASHION’s Loyalty Scheme and Referral Policy.

CONSULTATION POLICY

Consultation Categories:

  1. Category A: No payment required; ordering from BINTA’s staple colours or existing styles; client meets with Design Associate.
  2. Category B: Ordering from current collections; meeting with Creative Director; €85 / 380 PLN per hour (non-deductible from the final bill).
  3. Category C: Fully customised outfit; meeting with Head Designer/Founder; €150 / 670 PLN per hour (non-deductible from the final bill).

Consultations allow the design team to capture all necessary details to guide clients in choosing the perfect design and colour. If a new design is requested, this session ensures the designer fully understands the client’s vision.

Clients are encouraged to bring no more than one guest. Couples ordering matching outfits should attend together.

ADHERENCE TO TIME

Consultation slots must be strictly adhered to. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes into your slot may result in cancellation. Please contact us in advance if delayed.

RESCHEDULING

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice.

MEASUREMENTS

If unable to visit for measurements, you will receive a BINTA FASHION Measurement Form with diagrams. We recommend using a professional tailor. We are not liable for inaccuracies when self-measured.

FITTINGS

Clients should be available for at least two fittings within two weeks before the event date. If fittings are skipped, BINTA cannot be held responsible for fit issues.

AFFIRMATION

Booking a consultation confirms:

  • All details have been reviewed and approved.
  • No changes will be made after agreement.
  • All relevant personal details (e.g., pregnancy, weight loss plans) have been disclosed.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.

All personal information gathered is confidential and will not be shared outside BINTA FASHION.
