My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We understand how exciting it is to receive your BINTA piece. Our garments are either handcrafted to order or carefully sourced, which means delivery times may vary.
• For bespoke orders: Please allow 4 weeks from the date of payment confirmation after consultation, as each piece is created with precision and respect for heritage craftsmanship.
• For other items: Dispatch is typically within 7 business days, with delivery timelines depending on your location and courier service.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, kindly contact our customer service team at support@bintafashion.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners do not typically deliver on national or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.

We encourage clients ordering for special occasions to allow extra time during holiday seasons to ensure your piece arrives in perfect time for your event. If you require expedited delivery, please contact our Customer service team before placing your order.

Do you deliver to my address?

BINTA FASHION ships worldwide, reaching clients wherever they are. To confirm delivery to your specific location, simply enter your postcode at checkout.

If your postal code is outside our standard delivery zones, our customer care team will personally assist in arranging a bespoke delivery solution, ensuring your heritage inspired piece reaches you safely.

Can I book a private consultation?

Absolutely. We offer in person consultations to help you select, customise, or commission pieces that reflect your style and heritage. Please visit our “Book a Consultation” page or email support@bintafashion.com to schedule.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes. As a bespoke brand, we specialise in creating one-of-a-kind garments using Aṣọ̀-Òkè, Àdìrẹ̀ or your own fabric, tailored to your measurements, style preferences, and cultural inspirations. During your consultation, we will discuss fabrics, silhouettes, embellishments, and timelines to ensure your piece is truly unique.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every BINTA FASHION creation.
• Bespoke items are made exclusively for you and are therefore non-refundable. We do offer complimentary adjustments should your garment require minor alterations.
• Curated items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
