CONSULTATION POLICY
At the House of BINTA FASHION, consultations are a highly personalised experience, crafted to ensure every garment reflects our uncompromising standards of elegance, heritage, and precision. We offer three distinct consultation categories:
CATEGORY A
No fee applies. The client selects from BINTA FASHION’s signature palette, staple colours, and established designs. Consultation is conducted with a Design Associate.
CATEGORY B
For clients choosing from our current seasonal collections, colours, and styles. Consultation is conducted with the Creative Director. This fee is non-deductible from the final bill. All designs, motifs, and colours finalised during the session are binding and cannot be altered thereafter.
CATEGORY C
For fully bespoke creations, including wedding gowns. Consultation is conducted with the Head Designer & Founder. This fee is non-deductible from the final bill.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are an essential part of the BINTA FASHION experience. They allow our design team to fully understand your vision, advise on silhouettes and textiles that best embody it, and capture every detail to create a piece worthy of your story. For custom designs, this process ensures your ideas are translated into timeless garments with precision and artistry.
To preserve the intimate nature of these sessions, clients are requested to bring no more than one guest. Couples commissioning coordinating or matching pieces are encouraged to attend together.
ADHERENCE TO TIME
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the consultation will proceed. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a delay.
RESCHEDULING
For cancellations or rescheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Without this, we may be unable to offer an alternative slot promptly.
MEASUREMENTS
If you are unable to attend in person for final measurements, we will provide the official BINTA FASHION Measurement Form, including a key and diagram. We strongly recommend engaging a professional tailor to assist. By opting for remote measurements, you acknowledge that BINTA FASHION will not be held responsible for any fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements.
FITTINGS
We require a minimum of two fittings within two weeks prior to your event, ideally scheduled up to one month before. Fittings are critical to achieving our precise standards of fit and finish. Declining fittings releases BINTA FASHION from responsibility for any sizing discrepancies.
AFFIRMATION
Booking a consultation confirms that you have reviewed and approved all details provided in the consultation form. No alterations to agreed details can be made thereafter. You also affirm that all relevant personal circumstances (such as pregnancy or planned weight changes) have been disclosed. Production will commence only after full payment is received for your order.
